JSC is one of the leading companies in Vietnam in the field of leasing ready-built and custom-built factories according to Japanese standards.

Established in 2015, JSC pioneered in industrial real estate sector by developing ready-built factory for lease and build-to-suit factory constructed to rigorous Japanese standards with area from 288 m² - 40.000 m². Strategically located inside industrial zones in Dong Nai, our two projects in Trang Bom and Nhon Trach provide excellent connectivity and infrastructure to optimize manufacturing operations.
