The company offers a diverse range of services including Project Management; EPC services; Civil and Mechanical Engineering Services; and Trenchless Technologies for Sewer Rehabilitation and Pipe Jacking Works. Sam Lain specialises in the construction of water pipelines via pipe jacking or open trenching methodology and has constructed pipelines from as small as 150mm to 2,200mm, the largest pipeline diameter in Singapore.
