In its field, Craftwork cannot have one solution for all clients. Different projects have different challenges and obstacles, so the team customises solutions to tailor to clients’ needs and deliver results that exceed clients’ expectations. The team emphasises quality over quantity and ensure minor details are attended to and executed with precision to keep up with clients’ satisfaction. The company prioritises the well-being of employees by following up with strict safety protocols and proper safety preparations to ensure a secure working environment for them. Craftwork aims for smooth projects with zero accident throughout the construction process until the handover to clients.

It arranges courses for employees in BCA Academy, NTUC Learning Hub etc. They can apply the knowledge they have learned to improve their current work. It is a win-win situation as this can advance them in their career path at the same time, they can contribute their knowledge for the project and will be able to identify project issues at the earlier stage.
