The team of over 100 is trained to handle day-to-day challenges. JSR’s core business evolves around Metal Structures where it designs and builds for the local and overseas markets. JSR carries out reinforced concrete structural works for clients and has received fantastic accolades that have motivated the team to improve further.

The surge in demand for housing accommodation in recent years has propelled JSR to undertake major upgrading, additions and alterations to its turnkey projects that have housed more than 2000 foreign students, nurses and workers. The team’s strength lies in its attentiveness to listen to clients and formulate the most effective solutions to enable them to achieve cost efficiency. JSR prides itself to offering bespoke methodology, backed by a team of strong partners and consultants with industry knowledge. This has won JSR strategic collaborations with overseas firms to introduce first of its kind, metal volumetric housing system to the Singapore Build environment. Partnering and working with overseas firms is not new to JSR. Since 2018, JSR has been the approved installer and local distributor with US OEM and has completed up to Phase 4 Jet Blast fencing works in the Terminal 5 Infrastructure Expansion project.
