Chung Chambers is a visionary boutique legal firm based in Penang, Malaysia and was founded in
May 2014 by Ms Patricia Chung, a practising lawyer and a qualified member of Chartered Institute
of Arbitration, London, UK and Malaysia branch (CIArb), and also an associate of Malaysian Institute
of Arbitrators (MIArb).
She is a Registered Patent, Trademark, Industrial Design and Plant Variety Agent admitted by MyIPO. Patricia is specialised and passionate in Intellectual Property (IP) and Intellectual Property Commercialisation.
Patricia is also the President of IIPCC (International Intellectual Property Commercialization Council), Malaysia, Honorary Legal Advisor of Small Medium Enterprises (SAMENTA) Association, Malaysia, Legal advisor for Penang Care Society (Pg Care) and also serving as a committee memberin Penang Women Chambers of Commerce (PWCC) and Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), North Malaya.
Chung Chambers’ representation was strengthened by Jane Ng who joint the firm in 2020. She is an experienced practicing lawyer handling dispute resolution, estate and family proceedings portfolio. Jane is an active litigator with more than 17 years’ experience handling corporate, commercial, family and estate proceedings.
In addition, she is an avid thinker and a tactical player in the courtroom. Jane’s practice areas include conventional drafting of tenancy, partnership and corporate agreements as well as wills and deeds of family agreement.
With a mission statement of Protecting and Leveraging with Distinctive solutions, Chung Chambers provides litigation services for dispute resolution, estate, and family proceedings as well as corporate and commercial proceedings.
