Greentech Construction Sdn. Bhd. was established on 2 August 2009 at Sungai Petani, Kedah
as a building construction service provider, taking up design and build contracts as well as
offering project management expertise. Presently, Greentech is registered with the Construction
Industry Development Board (CIDB) as a Grade G7 IBS Precast Contractor.
The company’s Triple Bottom Line (TBL) are the three Ps — Profits, People, Planet. This means that the company’s performance is measured through its social and environmental impact, as well as financial performance. Hence, Greentech always deliver the best quality service to clients, while emphasizing on eco-friendly construction methods. From the TBL, the company has determined its purpose as “Building Sustainable Future, Develop People Culture”.

Greentech’s expertise lies in both the conventional construction method and Industrialised
Building System (IBS) method, which relies primarily on pre-fabricated building elements with
minimum in-situ work. Compared to the conventional construction method, the IBS method
creates more value for the client because it saves significant time and money by having a
relatively more stable construction period. Besides that, it also benefits the environment because
of its significantly lesser material wastage. Greentech has successfully completed numerous
projects using the IBS method in industrial, commercial, residential, educational and healthcare
projects. Building on from the successes of its IBS projects, Greentech is now moving towards
the path of developing its own designs for casting pre-cast components onsite, which will further enhance its construction capabilities. The strength in building
and installing precast system technology supported by a qualified and
professional team, enable Greentech to continuously grow and strive
for the best quality and full satisfaction towards clients, environment
and stakeholders.
Greentech has also set up its own training academy centre known as
Greentech Building Industry Training Academy Centre (BITAC) which
aims to transfer technique in IBS Precast Technology and train IBS
Precast professional in Malaysia. Greentech is cooperating with the
Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Akademi Binaan
Malaysia (ABM), KISMEC and Eastern Pretech as its partners to
conduct trainings in its BITAC workshop.
