Since its inception in 2016, Prospect Logistics Pte Ltd has had the privilege of growing by more than twenty times in revenue, and going from offering purely container haulage services, to becoming a full fledged third party logistics solution provider offering container haulage, freight forwarding, local transportation and warehousing services
Its growth has been largely attributed to a depth-over-breadth approach to business by concentrating its capabilities in a limited yet growing set of industries. Since starting out serving the international relocation industry in Singapore, Prospect Logistics has now developed its capabilities and has grown to be a key logistics vendor for two other industries; e-commerce and FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).
Prospect Logistics has achieved stability yet scalability by balancing out its dependencies across these three - international relocation, e-commerce, FMCG - industries with a versatile and cross-functional operational model. This model accommodates the busy seasons of each industry, which do not peak at the same time.

A clear organizational hierarchy has been set in place with the company being divided into two distinct yet complementary divisions. These are namely the Freight & Haulage Division and the Transport & Warehouse Division. Both divisions are headed by managers with vast experience and knowledge in the logistics arena. These managers oversee the growth, sustainability and profitability of the divisions and report directly to the directorial team. Even the directorial team has specialized itself - with each of the three directors spearheading and leading each of the three industries that Prospect Logistics specializes in. This approach has enabled the team to grow to a cohesive workforce of over fifty personnel and staff since its beginnings.
To stay abreast of competition and to further deepen its capabilities, Prospect Logistics is in progress of streamlining its operations and administration under a tailored ERP system, Freight Management System (FMS), Transport Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Furthermore, Prospect Logistics will also be undergoing ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 training and certification towards the last quarter of 2021. In the near future, Prospect Logistics will broaden its scope of services to include cross-border transportation services and will venture into specialized logistics services such as bonded warehousing and transportation to add to its current range of services it can provide.
