The ISO Group (Operated by In-Source Options Sdn Bhd) has been at the forefront as a Safety Operations Training Provider for MHE, MEWP, Hoisting and Defensive Driving for the past 20 years. Our methodology enhances the reskilling and up-skilling of the participants through the integration of Behavior-Based Safety Mindset, Toolset and Skillset whilst enhancing productivity and safety.
The organization’s trainers are qualified in the field of Engineering and Safety whilst also holding HRDC Accredited Trainer, Train-the-Trainer, TVET Diploma and VTO Certifications. Our organization are expert panelists of CIDB/DSD/HRDC and NIOSH for more than Ten National Skills Standard and is privileged to have created a footprint in 26 countries, recognized by thousands of MNCs, PLCs, GLCs, including 130 Fortune 500 companies.
Over the two decades, the company has registered six MyIPO patents and won 23 international and local accolades in Safety and Innovation. It has also two successful listings in the Malaysia Book of Records and have in 2023 received an Innovation Grant from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation’s agency, Cradle Fund, for its Smart Integrated Helmet an innovative technological TEM equipment which has been well received by many MNCs, PLCs, GLCs and SMEs.
Besides that, the company’s patented Rubric Assessment methodology is the only Standard for Competency Practical Operations assessment used to ensure the achievement of training effectiveness, efficiencies and efficacies. The training is also further enhanced with the customized case study discussion methodology so to ensure that participants of the ISO Group’s programs apply what they have garnered during the training.
Our organization has in the past sponsored and organized CSR projects directly and indirectly, for the welfare of the SME community. One key continuous project that has been ongoing since the inception of the company is the FREE distribution of Behavior-Based Safety Posters for all its training. The ISO Group had also the opportunity to organize and sponsor national level competitions and at the same time provided discounted or complimentary training to support the cause of championing safety and health for SMEs and charity organizations.
