Started about 5 years ago, Work Inspires was built to design and customise learning and engagement programmes to help companies and people grow. Both its co-founders have been in the industry for 10 years and have worked with many organizations, from MNCs to GLCs and SMEs both locally and abroad. Their work has also won them numerous awards over the years and have been featured on BFM, Marketing in Asia, and the HRM Asia.

As of December 2022, Work Inspires has served over 30 clients with a 95% retention rate and over 30,000 lives impacted with RM 3 million value provided across 6 countries. In 2022 alone, Work Inspires has run 226 sessions including 122 Leadership Programmes, 35 culture engagements, 24 Management/ Graduate Trainee Programmes, 23 Engagement and Team Building Sessions, 15 Keynotes and 9 leadership coaching sessions. This has earned the company the awards of Best Employee Engagement Consultancy (2022 and 2023), Local Hero (2023- Recognizing the organisation’s growth) and Best Management Training Company (2023)- by HR Vendor Award.

With that, the question we ask is why do clients return? Work Inspires believes it is because the company continuously innovate and grow with clients and their needs which include running focus groups prior to all sessions to ensure alignment, deep diving into integrating culture and development and partnerships with the right technological partners for growth. With them, Work Inspires hopes to be able to grow the business and yet drive social impact by contributing more to scholarship funds, providing development to children in homes and all this in partnerships with various institutions.
