MSP Metrology currently distributes a range of inspection, test and measurement, and metallurgical equipment supplied by various oversea manufacturers. The equipment can be categorized into four main categories, which is Dimensional Measuring system, Optical instrument, Hardness test equipment and Metallurgical equipment.
As part of its value-added service, MSP Metrology provides customers with equipment installation services to deliver production efficiency. Installation services include thorough inspection of used equipment, replacing defective parts as well as integration of operating software. Besides installation, MSP Metrology also provides equipment upgrading services with the integration of hardware and software, which consists of studying and evaluating existing measuring equipment facilities, thereby integrating hardware and software to upgrade services and performance.
MSP Metrology also provides a wide array of after-sales services for the inspection, test and measurement equipment that it distributes. Some of these services include industrial training, sample inspection and measurement through its showroom equipment, calibration services as well as repair and maintenance. For example, MSP Metrology launched the MSPCare Plan with a two-year Peace-of-Mind service. MSP Metrology understands the inconvenience of a breakdown and unexpected costs of repair and replacement due to limited warranty and complimentary support. The MSPCARE PLAN offers up to two years of warranty coverage for eligible machines, as well as promising that customer’s machine will get back to normal with no additional labour costs.
MSP Metrology is a certified HRD Corp registered training provider since 2020, mainly for industrial training. During the Movement Control Order, MSP Metrology the company continued its high achievement. It achieved SAMM MS ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited Calibration in 2022. A new journey starts!
