Understanding the risks and difficulties of microfinance institutions during the Covid-19 pandemic, TechPlus has promoted the construction of a tripartite cooperation model (Bank & TechPlus & Microfinance Institution). Thereby, the VAM solution supports collection and payment on behalf of customers without having to own a payment account, thereby completely solving the problem of cash collection & payment being interrupted due to the impact of the epidemic.
