Incorporated in 1999, Alpha Land (formerly known as Layun Enterprises Sdn. Bhd.) started as Petronas’s licensed contractor, with a focus on the Oil and Gas Industry. The company achieved Quality Project Management & QHSSE certifications and incorporated them into its own core services. In addition, they decided to diversify by venturing into private and government sectors in the building and infrastructure industry. Over the years, the company became a key supportive contractor and partner in public and government sectors. The company was incorporated as Eden Empire Development Sdn. Bhd. in 2012, expanding into numerous property developments, civil engineering and construction projects.
