GGSB was incorporated on 6 March 2009 in Malaysia as a private company which is 100% wholly owned by Bumiputera Sarawak. GGSB is registered under the Ministry of Finance, CIDB - G7 Bumiputera Contractor, UPKJ Sarawak, PETRONAS, PETROS and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. GGSB is a registered member of the Sarawak Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Dayak Chamber Of Commerce & Industry, Malaysian Association of Cleaning Contractors and Dewan Usahawan Bumiputera Sarawak Cawangan Kuching.
GGSB actively contributes and is active in corporate social responsibility activities since 2019. The most recent activity was a donation of RM10,000 for Sarawak Children's Cancer Society, donation of RM10,000 for the Kuching Autistic Association and donation of RM10,000 to Sekolah Kebangsaan Rumah Tayai, Tatau Bintulu for the purchase neck ties. In 2019, GGSB distributed 1, 000 pieces of face masks to arrival passengers at the Kuching International Airport during the haze season.
GGSB looks forward for opportunities to set milestones to strengthen its position to potential contractors in the construction and maintenance sector in Sarawak and throughout Malaysia.
