LSC Chemical and Paints Sdn. Bhd. is a paint and chemical products manufacturer established in 2009. The methodology of producing the paint and chemical products is to utilise high quality chemicals and undergoing stringent engineering process to manufacture the paint to be suitable for the private and commercial consumers. The organisation has grown from humble beginnings of producing thinner and economy paints to delivering SIRIM certified products to consumers.
The business operates mainly through hardware dealers and wholesalers and has manage to capture the Malaysian market as well as the International market such as Indonesia, Brunei and Australia. The DNA of the business is ‘小事成大事‘ by focusing on the details of products when scaling up the business. Every employee in the organization takes pride and ownership in ensuring the development of the product along the supply chain is monitored strictly and consistently.

On top of that the company also offers Protective PU system for metals, Marine Paint and other chemical products such as Industry Solvent (Thinner), Water Based Cleaning Agent, Clear Coat, Container Paint, Timber Marking Paint and Oxide Primer.

One of the many proud achievements as an organisation is obtaining the SIRIM Certification in 2021 which recognizes the company’s high quality standards and provides assurance to clients. On average, the organisation has an approximate daily sales of 2,000 tins/pails of products. The company boasts of notable clients in Malaysia, especially in Sabah and Sarawak and international clients in Brunei, Indonesia and Australia.
Winning the SME100 Awards will allow the organisation to further expand the business by building a bigger manufacturing facility (which will ready by 2023) and leverage on the good name of the Award to secure more clientele. One of the marketing strategies the organisation will be utilising is to strategically use the award recognition in the website, presentation decks, and brochures/flyers and whenever it is deemed necessary to expand its outreach. The organisation will also take the opportunity to improvise on branding activities to create greater awareness at the international level.
