Hybrid Pools Sdn. Bhd. is Malaysia’s leading prefabrication swimming pool manufacturer and has been operating since 2000. The company is the first and only company that exports swimming pools to other countries. Hybrid Pools started as a construction company and has completed projects valued from RM25,000 up to RM3 million. Hybrid Pools is a Grade 5 licensing company under CIDB and is also a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) endorsed by the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF).
Hybrid Pools system combining two main materials for the swimming pools construction — TCP for the pool's body and reinforcement thermoset resin base. These two combinations made the pool lightweight, ensures faster the construction time, Strong watertight and ease installation. This, contrasts with traditional building materials which are harsh and non-environmentally friendly and rely heavily on skilled workers. Hybrid Pools Thermoset Composite Panel (TCP) structure has the strength of steel at a fraction of the weight, impossible to corrode and rot and has zero-defect. In short, the Hybrid Pools system give you a different way to solve design challenges and at the same time reduce costs and improve performance in the long run.
TCP is a combination of Thermoset Resin, reinforcement roving and mat, and surface veil which enhances corrosion resistance. Depending on the complexity of the pool, it takes only 15days to build and get it swim ready. The pool body is made of Thermoset Resin which is a waterproof materials. In addition, multiple waterproofing polymer coating is applying to enhance the watertight properties. Using this Innovative technology and the experience of the team, Hybrid Pools can manage and implement all pool details for builders or homeowners. The pools can be installs without concrete or partially in-ground with innovative building methods. Hybrid Pools are flexible and can be built with concrete foundation or fully prefabricated in the factory and assembled at site. This flexibility is ideal for island’s project.
Over the last three years, Hybrid Pools has successfully exported its prefabrication pools and expanded the business to Indonesia, Maldives and Thailand. Hybrid Pools also supports local swimming coaches in swimming academies to promote swimming hobby to the society.
