The Kitchen Food Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. created the Sibu Instant Kampua so that anyone, anywhere and anytime can enjoy a plate of wholesome home-cooked Kampua. Kampua noodle is a Foochow delicacy, which represents Sibu town. It is easily cooked, served on a plate with slices of meat and pieces of fried shallots and spring onions. The secret behind its savoury aroma and taste is of course the traditional fat, which is lard.
The Kitchen Food Manufacturing is the first company in Sarawak to create Sibu Instant Kampua. It is a feeling, desire and craving for those who left their hometown. The combination of noodles, seasoning sauce and lard from is unique and much favoured by those who are not living in Sibu (West Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan).
The Kitchen Food Manufacturing hopes to receive the SME100 Award 2022 for its unique taste of fresh Kampua noodles and the first company in Sarawak to export Kampua.
