which was founded in Penang, Malaysia in 2016. Graceful has expanded to Georgetown, Perai,
Sungai Petani, Kota Bahru, Kuala Terengganu, Johor Bahru and Kota Kinabalu. The company
specializes in hiring and developing reliable quality local talents in business. Graceful has a
team of capable, reliable and experienced experts in the field. Employers and employees are

Graceful’s core vertical market recruitment areas are Research & Development, Engineering,

Graceful Malaysia has launched several corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes which include donation drives, medical financial aids and opening the Graceful Centre of Excellence to upskill employees’ education and skills level through the MyLEAP platform. The company is currently building a new innovation lab at the Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang – the company’s second training and development centre in the Northern region. Concurrently, the company has also hired a new team of lab specialists, thus increasing the depth of its workforce talent.
Personal advancement and growth are important in the Graceful culture. The company helps employees to enhance their hard and soft skills for professional development through the MyLEAP learning platform, which also has its own C&E centre. During the pandemic, employees had access to over 800 semi-skilled workforce and T&D resources on the platform, which saw a 30 percent increase in usage over the period.
