Joeyees Trading is a Sarawak based company founded by Madam Awaeang Anak Kwasin (local Bidayuh Lady-preneur) and is involved in farming, processing, and supplying Sarawak Pepper locally and internationally under the brand name Nang Ori which is well received by consumers, retailers, and traders. Joeyees works closely with farmers to maintain a fair market pricing and sustainability within the eco-system from supply side until the consumer end. It has also developed projects with the local communities; whereby Joeyees buys their local handicrafts besides pepper. This is to help them economically and support the younger generations to go to school.

This award is a recognition for all the farmers that supply Sarawak peppers and customers that support the company as without them, Joeyees would not be here today.

Innovation is close to the heart of Joeyees as the company has developed many products from pepper extracts such as coffee pepper, cosmetics pepper and the latest innovation, tea based pepper which was just pre-launched internationally in Tokyo, Japan on 4 November 2023 and locally on 7 November 2023 by Dato' Sri Haji Fadillah Bin Yusof, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Plantation and Commodities, Malaysia at the 51st Annual Sessions and Meetings of the International Pepper Community and International Spice Exhibition (51st IPC ASM ISE) held in Kuching, Sarawak.

Environmentally friendly and sustainability is an eco-system that involve the entire supply chain process.
