Woodpeckers Group is a company founded with a goal to transform the F&B landscape through leading a shift in taste and consumer preferences in Malaysia and beyond. The Woodpeckers Group believes that food brings people together, regardless of race, gender or religion. Woodpeckers Group prides itself in offering customers a cultural food experience that they would always remember, from the renowned and nutritious Spanish natural frozen yogurt, llaollao, to its very own casual fine-dining restaurant, TBC and its newest addition, No.1 Thai Milk Tea – ChaTraMue. Woodpeckers Group’s cuisines are made from high-quality ingredients, prepared by experts, and served to you with multitude of flavour and love.

In 2019 with 8 outlets, llaollao launched its CSR programme “Secawan Kasih, Sedekah Budi”, whereby customers donate RM3.50 and personalize a llaollao cup for orphanages. During the campaign period llaollao collected 978 handwritten cups and the team donated 222 cups, totalling 1,200 cups to 12 orphanages. Woodpeckers Group is a sponsor for National Paralympic Badminton Gold Medallist - Cheah Liek Hou, which began in 2021. In a drive activated with Cheah Liek Hou and Deputy Sports Minister Dato Sri Ti Lian Ker in 2022, llaollao ran a charity event during Ramadhan where for every cup sold during the puasa month, RM0.50 was donated to 8 charity homes (4 in Klang Valley and 4 in Kuantan). A total of 160,000 cups was sold and has accumulated a total of RM80,000 which as donated to the 8 charity homes. In March, 2023 llaollao organized a CSR programme with 4 orphanages by bringing the children to World of DC exhibition.
