KK Precasts Sdn Bhd, based in Kuching, Sarawak, is a premier manufacturing company specializing in high-quality precast concrete solutions. Over the years, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the construction industry, offering innovative products that support infrastructure development, residential projects, and commercial applications.
What sets us apart from our competitors is that we were the first to introduce the 100x100mm Prestressed Concrete Pile (KK Pile) to the construction industry back in 2013 and we remain as the only supplier of Prestressed Concrete Piles in Sarawak which are of higher quality with longer lengths available compared to conventional RC Piles. We have since received very positive and encouraging responses from Government Bodies, Engineers, Consultants, Developers and Contractors alike and are proud to have successfully provided an alternative solution to the growing challenges of Timber Piles such as Bakau and Belian Piles. Our product was also certified by The Malaysian Intellectual Properties Corporation as a "Registered Malaysian Industrial Design" in 2012.
The founder, Ir. Voon Kuat Khin is a Professional Civil Engineer with more than 40 years of experience and particularly well versed in the precast concrete industry. He was also the founder and introducer of the RC Square Pile in Sarawak back in the 1990's.
