In 1994, the company was incorporated as Hai Suar Huat Trading Sdn Bhd, and in 2016, it evolved into Hai Suar Huat Piling Sdn Bhd to reflect its growing expertise in foundation works. From humble beginnings as a subcontractor in the southern region, the company has expanded steadily under the leadership of founder Mr. Chua Leng Koong, who brings more than 30 years of experience in the foundation construction industry.
