From Humble Beginnings to a Premier Concrete Supplier
Founded in 2007 in Bintangor, Sarawak—approximately 400 km from the state capital, Kuching—Jin San Concrete Sdn. Bhd. began as a modest general contracting business. Over the years, the company has grown steadily into a leading Ready Mixed Concrete supplier, trusted by both government and private sector clients across central Sarawak.
Today, Jin San specializes in the manufacturing and supply of Ready Mixed Concrete certified to MS EN 206:2016 & CIS 21:2018 by CREAM. The company operates three fully computerized wet-mix concrete batching plants with a combined maximum production capacity of 240 m³ per hour, utilizing an advanced MHW batching system to ensure precision, consistency, and quality in every batch. Supported by a fleet of over 50 licensed concrete mixer trucks, Jin San delivers reliable and timely solutions to meet diverse project requirements.
In addition to ready-mix concrete, Jin San provides an extensive range of equipment rental services, including concrete pump trucks, 25MT and 35MT mobile cranes, lorry cargo cranes, semi low-loader trailers, bulk cement tankers, tipper trucks, wheel loaders, excavators, piling rigs, forklifts, and road rollers—offering clients a comprehensive, one-stop construction support solution.
Strategically located at Tanjung Genting Bazaar, Bintangor, and Jalan Pasi, Sarikei, Jin San’s batching plants efficiently serve Bintangor, Sarikei, Sibu, and surrounding rural areas. Building on its growth momentum, the Group established Jin San Precast Concrete Products Sdn. Bhd. in 2008. This division manufactures high-quality precast concrete products, including Reinforced Concrete Square Piles (certified to MS 1314:2004 by SIRIM), Reinforced Concrete Pipe Culverts, and road kerbs, all compliant with Malaysian Standards and JKR Standards. The precast division has become a reliable supplier for major government infrastructure projects across central Sarawak.
